The guarantee applies exclusively to material and manufacturing defects. No guarantee is given for damage or defects which have arisen for the following reasons:

• Unsuitable or improper use
• Incorrect assembly or commissioning by the purchaser or a third party.
• Non-DIN-compliant assembly
• Missing or defective safety devices (e.g. pressure reducing valves or pressure relief valves)
• Natural wear and tear, especially wearing parts (e.g. seals, aerator strainer)
• We give a 2-year warranty on the cartridges (control elements) for the single-lever mixers. Provided they are not impaired in their function by released pipe deposits, dirt particles, or water containing lime.
• Incorrect treatment of the surface (e.g. with unsuitable cleaning agents) or negligent treatment (e.g. limescale or dirt).
• Damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence by the customer or third parties and consequential damage due to late notification of a complaint are also excluded from a guarantee.
• Complaints must be reported to us immediately after they are discovered. We must be given the necessary time and opportunity to carry out any repairs, renewals or replacements that we deem necessary.

Within the warranty period, if the complaint proves to be justified, we shall bear the costs of the replacement part including shipping costs.
